Toroidal Winding calculations
Setting up a new product to wind on a toroid machine, can involve a series time-consuming calculations.
The calculator shown below aims to be a guide in simplifying this process. Simply enter core dimensions and wiresize and the calculator will find wire length to load, and theoretical finished wound core dimensions. The resulting figures can also be used to decide the appropriate size of shuttle.
